Thank you for your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the following payment terms:
1. Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full credit card information.
2. Currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank will handle currency conversion. We are not responsible for exchange rate fees or differences.
3. Card Authorization Hold
A temporary authorization hold may appear on your card to validate your card. This is not an actual charge. Holds are usually released by your bank within 3–7 business days. Contact your bank for release timing.
4. Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent once your payment is approved. If you were charged but did not receive the confirmation email, please contact our support team and do not submit duplicate orders.
5. Pricing Errors
If a product price is listed incorrectly due to system or human error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund before shipment.
6. Chargeback Policy
Please review product descriptions, shipping times and our after-sales policy before ordering. If an unauthorized or unwarranted chargeback is filed, we will submit all evidence to the card network to dispute it. If the dispute is ruled against the buyer, the buyer is responsible for all chargeback fees, penalties and related administrative costs. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from buyers with a history of abusive chargebacks.
7. Sales Tax & Import Duties
Sales tax may be calculated and charged at checkout for shipments to qualifying US states based on local tax laws. For cross-border shipments outside the US, import duties and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
8. Receipts
An electronic receipt will be emailed automatically after payment. Physical receipts are not mailed.
9. Security Notice
Our support team will never request your CVV code, one-time verification code or full card details. Do not share this information with anyone.
